Did that run in okay? Lithium grease is usually quite chunky. 3 in 1 do a standard oil which I use for doors. Lithium grease is something I normally use on the car.

Trump burnt decades of hard earned goodwill for absolutely nothing, now he wants to cash in on it.
I’ve tried a few since switching from Windows. I’ve tried Fedora, Pop, EndeavourOS and openSUSE. I went back to openSUSE. I don’t know why but it just sat best with me. Fedora’s good as well but the openSUSE package manager is faster.
Honestly I think the Desktop Environment is probably more important than the distro itself. I do like GNOME because it’s slick but I prefer the layout of Plasma, even though it feels dated. There’s Budgie as well but it doesn’t feel feature-complete.
I did this a couple of months ago but I’ve since changed OS. I think the following worked:
sudo nano /etc/gdm3/custom.conf
Use the arrow keys to move the cursor and find the bit that says:
WaylandEnable=false
and change it to:
WaylandEnable=true
I thought this was fake.
Lemmy isn’t a whole lot better. There’s still stuff you have to block straight away.
This really surprised me and it’s contradicted stuff he’s said in the past. Last I heard there was a secret WhatsApp group full of MPs trying to figure out how to get around this ruling. Now he’s supporting it.
It’s already going this way in the UK, it’s actually part of what the government’s proposed as a solution. If you go to a building built within the last 10 years they mostly just have unisex cubicles.
What’s Norway like compared to Finland? I’ve been to Finland twice and the country is lovely but the people are a bit too private for me. Like, so private I remember a few times people didn’t even say thank you when I do something like move out of their way or hold a door open. I know it’s just culture and not people being rude but I could never get used to it.
I’m surprised they’re remastering this one when Morrowind seems to be remember more fondly. I was around when Oblivion came out the first time and it was good but not great, Skyrim seemed like an upgraded version of the same thing.
Well three popes have died since 2005.
I was totally surprised over how much I loved this game. It was free on Epic a while back.
Everyone keeps complaining about smart TVs. I’ve got a Samsung and it gives me no bother. The only thing I don’t like is that when you turn it on, if you don’t do anything, it automatically switches to the last thing you were watching which often means my daughter might end up putting on some horror channel or whatever we were watching the night before after she went to bed.
I think we’re moaning over nothing again here.
There’s already alternatives, why not just let them take over? Trump complained about the US giving up DNS, now he’s complaining about CVE. He wants to control everything but doesn’t want to pay for it.
Just to be clear, this was an interpretation of existing law from like 15 years ago, not new legislation or anything. Now that a ruling has been made then it should be clear what needs to be changed in order to bring things more up to date.
Dig as much coal as you want, other countries aren’t going to suddenly start buying it again.
Apparently exports to the US accounts for 2% of China’s GDP.
People keep comparing AI to the likes of NFTs, the blockchain, and 3D printers. All of those were over-promised niche products but AI has already proven its worth.
They were all about what they could do, but AI is already doing it.
I’ll never buy another Nest, we all hated it. The only thing I liked was the weather report that came up when you walked past it.
