If I remember correct:

• put them on at 12pm, temperature at 135c (275f).
• wrapped at 4pm in butcher paper.
• put into a cooler to rest at about 5pm.
• rested for 1h15.

I used smokingdadbbq his video as a guideline.

The part to the left was super juicy and good, the middle was just right and the part to the right was a little bit dry but I still enjoyed it a lot.

Had a great deal on them too.

His start of the season was horrible, but I feel like his bad form was much less noticable the last couple of days.

That being said, they need someone at Alpha Tauri to keep Perez sharp, and it was clear that De Vries was not going to be that guy.

But I don’t think Max his incidents in the last couple of seasons have been due to a lack of spatial awareness. I think he has tons of it. He’s just more agressive, and even the agressiveness has gone down a lot since he won his first title.

Why do you say it has a negative reputation? I’m in the PHP community and a lot of great things have happened in the last decade, there’s tons of positive momentum and the language has matured a lot.
