i ended up in a strangeaeons video once. i stopped watching her content when i started high school and didn’t find this out until about a year or two after it occurred.

a bit later in my high school years, i became a top 100 global champion for a handful of week-long events in the mobile rhythm game “bang dream”, of which there were usually about 10,000-30,000 players per event. not very high level, but, having an essential tremor and issues with motor coordination due to autism, it was a way for me to train my hands

2·2 months agoA neopronoun is any gendered pronoun that isn’t she, he, or they! The history of neopronouns in English goes back a couple hundred years- though the term “neopronoun” itself wasn’t coined until recently- and they can range from pre-existing terms like “it” to something made up for one’s own personal use. The more you know!

i did this with cowboy bebop multiple times over. it started becoming an annual occurrence. i didn’t finish it until about four years after i started it. i checked it out on blu-ray from the library and the discs barely worked, i think that anger at the dysfunctional discs propelled me in motivation to actually finish watching it

i’m totally biased because i grew up in that era, but it’s my favorite console and i’m currently combing through my backlog of wii games i’ve bought over the years or never beat as a kid. sooo many hidden gems! it’s so cheap to find good games for, it’s a great beginner console
the first time i ever played video games was on a ps1… in 2009. we didn’t have a lot of money back then and all we had was my dad’s old playstation. he mostly played resident evil and similar games before he had kids; you can’t give preschoolers resident evil unless you want to traumatize them, so i spent hours playing gran turismo and a handful of arcade games on that thing until we got a wii in 2011. this began a trend of our family waiting until the end of a console’s life cycle to purchase it until i got old enough to buy my own consoles. now my parents wonder why i spend my money on old games instead of buying new ones…

Did you ever find out what the first person was looking for? Is crunchy vanilla an actual thing or did they just want ice cream with larger ice crystals?
