Are we talking about the same country? The one that had the highest murder rate in the world a couple years ago and now has some of the lowest? The one where people were scared to go out during the day because of gang violence, but now you can walk safely alone at night? The one where every official was bought off by gangs, but now is prosecuting those officials and gang members? The one where its citizens overwhelmingly support the actions taken to get their lives and safety back?

Without going into detail I know there are a lot of things that are illegal to patent for more or less bureaucratic reasons, like paraphernalia, but you can get around it by saying that it’s for tobacco.
