Esoteric Ebb. First game I’ve seen that’s in the style of Disco Elysium. Some of the implementation is a bit derivative of Disco Elysium, but it’s a really good game IMO. I played the shit out of it (demo was like 1/3 the playtime of the full game and the save carried over seemlessly), then bought the full release that conveniently went live shortly after the end of Next Fest.
Fun characters, art style is really beautiful and fairly functional, story is good, ridiculous amount of lore that’s fairly interesting. Combat animations are barely there, the main character is mostly flayling at the air, but that’s not really a big issue in this kind of game.
