I’m surprisingly level-headed for being a walking knot of anxiety.
Ask me anything.
I also develop Tesseract UI for Lemmy/Sublinks

Good to know. Will have to read up, though from the little I’ve read, it sounds like this is just a concept for now.
That’s what I thought (re: backup cameras), and someone else mentioned the gauge cluster is a digital screen which switches to the backup camera view). In my case, 150 miles (round trip ) would be just around the upper edge of my use cases, though 15-20 would be more average.
which these days are basically a full size truck of yester-yore
Makes me miss my old 2003 Ranger. It was right where I needed a truck to be, size-wise.
Would definitely buy one of these. I miss having a truck, but I only need one occasionally for the occasional need to haul something that won’t fit in my car (e.g. Lowe’s trips). I also really dislike the “smartphone on wheels” aspect of pretty much all current EVs.
Plus, I hate the infotainment systems so I would be happy to roll my own.
Though I do wonder if it has a backup camera/screen. Aren’t those required nowadays?
Believe it or not, straight to jail.
There’s also Chrome-derivatives and Chromium and whether those could excise the AI spyware and how deep that gets embedded into it.
pocket dimension thing
That’s “The Void”. I think we’re all in agreement that’s one of them.
Malon were dumping their toxic warp waste
That’s “Night” and I just remembered that one and edited it into my comment. So I guess that is the second one.
the section of space that was dark and many light-years acros
I’m pretty sure that was a nebula. “One” was the episode name, I think?
I should prob throw VOY on in the background. Good enough excuse as any, right? lol
Refresh my memory on VOY. There’s the episode called “The Void” where they’re stuck in the void and have to re-create the wormholes to get out (and make a little Federation with the other trapped ships).
What’s the other? The only one I can think of is the one with the psychic space whale, but I don’t recall it being called a void (and the Captain Ahab expy wasn’t native to the psychic space whale). Also, despite not remembering the finer points or the episode name, I did enjoy the psychic space whale episode.
Which episode am I forgetting exists? lol
Edit: Is “Night” the other episode?
Who knows? No one else is reporting that. I also don’t give established low-cred, highly sensationalized, highly-biased sources the time of day. Mondoweiss is Fox News’s counterpart on the other end of the spectrum – i.e. it’s Fox News for lefties. Just as bad, just different flavor.
Hell to the absolute fuckin’ no.
Least-worst prospective buyer so far assuming Yahoo isn’t just another “AI” company now.
Just a browser, please.
Mosdoweiss? Really?
Welp, update your defed list if you’ve defederated already. If you haven’t, it’s never too late to start.
Edit: This may just be for their web UI, but I’m not taking any chances.
Well…that sent me down a rabbit hole. Thanks!
They are just being used, and should reconsider
Reconsider?! Whoa there. That’s too much like thinkin’ which is the devil’s work.
BYD, definitely not available.
VW: Didn’t see one I really liked and could afford
Polestar: Yes. But PS3 and 4 are unaffordable. PS2 has some used inventory roughly within 300 miles of me for ~$30K so I guess they’re an option (though I haven’t done any research on them).

Would be nice if they’d offer downloads for the disk image. Or at least sell the disk image since I don’t need yet another Pi lol.
And add debit card swipers and do away with the stupid app requirement!
Never been a fan of hatchbacks, either.
“Imagine naming a car after its most hideous feature.”
I only have 3 (plus an account I only use for development/testing), but I use a client that allows multiple profiles on different instances.
Since reports still don’t federate across instances, I switch to my two alts every so often to check for reports and then switch back to my main.
The hosted instances of Tesseract and Photon allow multiple profiles on different instances, though most instances that deploy those themselves opt to lock them to their instance (though you can still have multiple profiles, just not on different instances). You can also host them yourself and run them ‘unlocked’.
I don’t like app apps and prefer web apps in most cases, so I’m not sure which have similar multi-profile features, but I’m sure at least some do. Check out https://lemmyapps.com/ to sort by feature/platform.
