4·7 days agoAs far as I understand, that’s just a new compression algorithm that uses artificial intelligence techniques to get better compression. I don’t think artificially generated textures are here yet
Isn’t DLSS just rendering the game at a lower resolution and AI “enhancing” the resolution to the target one to get higher framerate for unoptimized games?
Try to compress the audio? Or bundle 1080p textures with an AI model that generates the 8k upscaled during loading screens. There is no other way
Yes, I did something like that, I didn’t enable the systemd service, just started it and gave it a timer in gnu screen to reboot the system. If I wasn’t out of the network, I would just cancel the timer
I was sweating while preparing my nftables setup knowing that there was a chance I would need to nuke the system

I consider the first layer of Irony to be the portrayal of the positions with exaggerated features and positions, an example would be the following meme I made in 15 min in krita:
This meme adds a second layer by portraying the superior opinion as the one that lies without caring, while it seems to be a meme that portrays the contrary opinion.
The commenter, being confused about the OP position could be part of the third irony layer.
In the way I define irony layers, the OP is making a second layer irony meme but for other people I talk to, the exaggerated nature of memes would make my first layer designation unnecessary.
We are on layer 2 of irony

Some retailers give the option to have no OS installed and with a Windows key, I bought the device when I started switching to Linux and installed a windows partition without activation key. Eventually, I deleted the windows partition as I didn’t use it
For me it’s just those Wii games left that I play on my original Wii but everything else, including other Wii games that can be played with pro controller, I use dolphin and other emulators, it’s more convenient than having to dust off the old device
I will wait for the emulator and then I will acquire my legally purchased games, no one will make me pay $80 for a game
I saved around 100€ on my laptop by requesting the FreeDOS model, the option still exists
