4 years agoBirds grow feathers back, but baldness caused by obsessive plucking (usually an anxiety response iirc) will often damage follicles to the point where they don’t regrow. In this case it’s complete enough that the bird probably has a disease of some variety that makes feathers fall out.
Important thing about monorails or other rubber tire guideway vehicles: They’re extremely quiet compared to steel tire trains.
