Naja, wer heute mehr als 62ct/kw beim Fremdanbieter zahlt hat irgendwie seine Hausaufgaben nicht gemacht. Aber ja,es nervt mehr als eine Karte dabei haben zu müssen.

Nachdem ich aber beruflich viel rum komme und leider auch mit Bauhöfen und Stadtwerken zu tun habe: Bitte nicht. Die meisten Stadtwerke sind schon mit AC11kw oder Wallboxen vollkommen überfordert&die dafür notwendige Wissens- aber auch Servicestruktur fehlt komplett und ist nicht ohne vollkommenes Umdenken zu erreichen. Das gibt sonst Tote weil irgendein Horst meint “das klappt schon so” nachdem man ihn auf die Fortbildung beim in der Ausschreibung günstigen Anbieter geschickt hat.

Wichtiger wäre eher eine Regulierung die z.B. verbietet im Roaming mehr als im Ad-hoc zu zahlen. Das ist nämlich aktuell imho die größte Abzocke und eben NICHT Geld das den Aufstellern zufließt sondern mit denen sich die Kartenausgeber bereichern - insb. im Businessbereich ein großes Thema wo du eben nicht mal eben 6 Karten je Mitarbeiter führen kannst.

Das Ding ist auch: Durch die Förderungen und falschen Aktionismus wurde teilweise Schwachsinn ausgebaut.

Beispiele: Die Stadtwerke die 11kw Lader in einem “Einkaufshotspot” anbringen - in dem schon Lidl,Aldi,enBW Schnelllader mit bis zu 300kw anbringen.

(22kw AC sind auch sowas - wird auf absehbare Zeit kaum jemand der nicht-deutschen Fabrikate+Renault unterstützen weil es im Ausland brutal unbeliebt ist und die Ladetechnik dafür anders als beim DC im Fzg. sitzen muss.)

Auch gut: Die Stadtwerke die nur 11kw ausbauen (und deren eigene Ladekarte unverschämt teuer ist) und die gleichzeitig nach 4h fette Blockiergebühren verlangen. Ne Zeit lang so fett,dass viele Anbieter sie aus dem Roaming raus nehmen. Das bringt genau niemanden was. Dem Pendler nicht,dem Reisenden nicht, der Hausfrau nicht.

Die Gemeinde die exklusiv ihre Parkplätze an eine Firma vergibt (was so schon fragwürdig ist) die dort 22kw aufbaut. Nett,aber die liegen genau an einer Bundesstraße, weit und breit keine Schnelllader. Als die örtliche Aral erweitern will um Schnelllader aufzubauen lehnt man das im Gemeinderat ab.

Neulich an einer der vielbefahrenensten Autobahnen Deutschlands (A99-Raststätte Vaterstetten) 2x 50kw, davon 1x defekt. Ob ihr mich verarschen wollt?

Ich sag weiterhin: Außerhalb der ganz großen Städte ist die Zahl der Lader nachrangig zu deren Leistung - es bringt mehr 8x4 150kw oder 300kw an sinnvolle Stellen zu verteilen als 64x2 11kw AC.

Im Endeffekt ist es nur den First Respondern von der freiwilligen Feuerwehr zu verdanken,dass die Sache nicht vollkommen eskaliert ist weil sie den Typen sprichwörtlich raus geschleift haben.

Der Mann, keine 40, mit Frau und Kindern,ist leider im Verlauf verstorben.

Bisschen Trost: Meine Praktikant aus dem Ehrenamt war im Hauptberuf bein Zoll, FKS - Finanzkontrolle Schwarzarbeit- und war genauso angepisst wie ich. Bin mir fast sicher der ist da nochmal hingefahren, dann in anderem Kittel.

Kleiner Nachtrag noch: Umgekehrt schmeißen wir mit Ressourcen um uns das es auch wieder lächerlich ist.

Beispiele: Bei der Nachtsuche die später in der Wand endet ist der “Christoph München” zu sehen. Dabei handelt es sich um einen Intensivtransporthubschrauber(ITH)(also ein Hubschrauber der darauf spezialisiert ist kritisch kranken Patienten von Klinik zu Klinik zu fliegen) - daher ist dieser auch Nachtflug-fähig. Zwar übernehmen diese auch Primäreinsätze, dies ist aber eben nicht ihre primäre Aufgabe.(Anders als beim Christoph Murnau,der zwar primär auch ein ITH ist,aber als Dual-Use Hubschrauber von vornherein so eingeplant ist -> Deswegen auch die Winde).

Besonders schwer wiegt das,weil wir nachts kaum entsprechende Hubschrauber haben in Deutschland (die nächsten Nachtflugmaschinen für den Rettungsdienst&Intensivtransport stehen dann in Regensburg, Nürnberg und Villingen-Schwenningen). Die Chance,dass dann also jemand ohne Versorgung und daran verstirbt ist groß. (Bonuspunkte weil Christoph München noch einige Spezialaufgaben übernimmt& ein Limit für die Anzahl an Nachtlandungen dank einer Bürgerinitiative hat).

Natürlich braucht man da einen Hubschrauber - unbestritten. Aber eben nicht den 3x so teuren ITH sondern einen verdammten normalen Polizei oder Rettungshubschrauber. Dumm nur: Die bayerische Polizei ist da in den letzten Jahren sehr viel zurückhaltender geworden aus Kostengründen (war früher anders) und verweist eben primär auf den Rettungsdienst. Und es gibt schlicht keine entsprechenden Rettungshubschrauber in Süddeutschland. Also verbraten wir lieber sinnlos Geld. (Bonus: Man hätte übrigens,das ist mir aus sicherer Quelle mittlerweile zugetragen worden, die Alpinpolizei aus AT anfordern können. Mangels klarer Kostenregelungen ist das aber schwierig wenn keine definitive Person zugeordnet werden kann,weil dann keiner weiß wer die Rechnung zahlt…weil Deutschland und Österreich seit 30 Jahren an einem Abkommen zur grenzüberschreitenden Rettung verhandeln…)

Anderes Beispiel: Es gibt div. Beispiele wo Pat. eher sinnlos an den Hubschrauber abgegeben werden, obwohl sie bei entsprechender Behandlung durch jemand halbwegs fach-gebundnenen durchaus mit weniger maximalen Mitteln zu retten gewesen wären. Das ist den Leuten vor Ort nicht vorzuwerfen. Denn,again: Die haben eine med. Ausbildung im Bereich von “ein paar Wochenenden”. Man muss eher darüber nachdenken warum die Einsatzkonzepte so sind wie sie sind,dass man diese Kolleginnen und Kollegen so in die Einsätze schickt, tlw. sprichwörtlich zum “nachschauen”. Das sorgt einerseits für diese “Übertriage”,andererseits aber auch für einen Untertriage (siehe den älteren Herren mit der Hirnblutung und die bewusstlose Dame).

Am Ende leiden darunter alle: Patienten, andere Patienten (denen dann Ressourcen fehlen), Helfer, Kassen, Gesellschaft.

Auf gut deutsch gesagt: Der Bergtourismus Sommers wie Winters bringt Bayern, aber auch Baden-Württemberg (da ist noch katastrophaler) Milliarden. Warum schaffen wir es nicht, wenigstens an den Hotspots einen adäquate medizinische Versorgung herzustellen. Niemand zweifelt an,dass du vieles nur mit Ehrenamt schaffst. Eine große Suchaktion im Gelände ist nur mit vielen Leute machbar. Eine Schlechtwetterbergung auch. Das geht nur ehrenamtlich. Aber es spräche nichts dagegen z.B. in Garmisch, Oberstdorf, Berchtesgaden auch mit teil- oder hauptamtlichen Kräften zu arbeiten um wenigstens während der Kernzeiten Medizin an den Patienten zu bringen (und nein, die DSV Skiwacht zählt nicht - der Ausbildungsstand ist ident zur Bergwacht)

Die Antwort ist: Weil niemand dafür zahlen will. Und das sehe ich irgendwie nicht ein,dass man das dann auf den Rücken der EAs austobt.

Zuhausi, ich bin Gesundheitsökonom und seit 23 Jahren in der Branche und versteh den Scheiss immer nocu nicht vollständig, auch weil sich monatlich wieder was ändert.

Die Budgetierung ändert aber auch nix am Geld,dass du für den einzelnen Patienten bekommst. Es ändert nur etwas daran “wie viele” Patienten du als HA pro Quartal sehen kannst und wie viel du an Leitungen abrechnen/verschreiben kannst. Pauschale bleibt Pauschale.

Mir ging es da eher so um Dinge,die du als nicht-Kenner der Branche kaum siehst - die vollkommen unzureichende medizinische Qualifikation und Ausrüstung z.B. die in vielen anderen Ländern besser ist. Schön zu sehen an den div. “Schmerzmittelsituationen” - hier sind die, im Bodenrettungsdienst ansonsten viel schlechter aufgestellten Österreicher z.B. viel weiter, aber auch am Schluss mit der bewusstlosen Person auf der Skipiste. Diese ist tatsächlich in einem akut lebensbedrohlichen Zustand und hätte im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen einen Heli benötigt - diese ins Tal zu fahren hätte brutal schief gehen können,um so mehr,da der bodengebundene RD hier auch einen langen Transportweg gehabt hätte (Murnau - GAP hat keine Neurochirurgie) Wohlgemerkt: Das ist keine Kritik an den Kolleginnen und Kollegen sondern ein systemisches Problem das aufgrund der mangelnden Finanzierung, der “Festlegung” auf die reine Ehrenamtlichkeit und die generelle,auch im bodengebundenen Rettungsdienst in Bayern ausgeprägte, Arzt Hörigkeit besteht. (Von der Finanzierung der außerbayerischen Bergrettungsorganisationen will ich gar nicht anfangen) Hier sind andere einfach besser und Deutschland sehr weit hinten dran.

The current South Korean government after the failed coup is caught between a rock and a hard place - first because they need to keep the followers of their domnestic mad man out, the fat mad man in the north out, the Winnie the Pooh lookalike madman out and the orange mad men out. I am not a Christian by any means but I worked with them quite often. Francis did change a lot of things and while he wasn’t in no way perfect - he did have his drawbacks, for a fucking pope he was much better than anyone before him within the last few hundred years. People (especially on the internet)nowadays expect other people, especially political leaders to “check all their boxes” and if one thing is not going as far as they want, they are alienated.

Often I have the impression that as long as someone is not going “all the way” in the right direction they are seen as bad as someone who does not do anything at all or goes in the wrong direction. (Which is ironic because the church itself has evolved past the “saint or sinner” directive)

Francis has been going in the right direction probably 60% of the way and 10% in the wrong direction. Is the Catholic church there yet? No. Is there a big chance it might turn back? Yes. Would he been elected if he was so reformist it was sure he would topple everything and go 100%? Surely not.

But he did much more than any of his predecessors did.

From a total outsiders perspective (I don’t live in in the US) who has some experience in organising protests(doing so since I am 14, ran for a state rep. here,etc.): You need to find a more unified way of protesting. Yes,that can be creative,but the message has to be far more unified than it is currently.

To give you an example what I mean: I made the effort to look up foreign press coverage,some domnestic press coverage, social media and photos taken by friends of mine of one rather prominent protest location of the most recent ones.

So far I came across the following messages:

• Pro Palestina

• Pro Feminism

• Pro Ukraine

• Pro Supreme Court

• Pro National parks and environmental conservation

• Pro various, contending Democrats and some smaller Parties

• Pro Diversity

• Pro LGBTQ

• Pro Choice

• Against Deportations

• Against Supreme Court

• Against Trump personally

• Against the Reps

• Against science influence/budget cuts

• Against influencing universities

• Against Tate and Musk

• Against USaid Cuts

• Against US government cuts

• Against tariffs

• Against Milei

• Against Gun Violence

• Against Violence in Dafur

And surely a few more I am missing/forgot. Don’t get me wrong, the USA have a lot of pressing issues. But people will judge a book by it’s cover and while we all often pretend that the issue each one of us finds the most important IS the MOST IMPORTANT and anyone that doesn’t think the same is an idiot, we tend to not see the wood amgonst all the trees. Because there is one drawback in this stance: Everyone has it. And once you declare “this topic is the most important” the people who support the other 40 topics as the most important topics are alienated. Which leads to infighting, some not showing up, etc. (If this reminds you of Life of Brian, well, it’s a very factual movie in that regard)

But there is ONE main issue: The Trump government. While it can sometimes be useful to choose a cause that unites the people behind one even though that is not the main issue, these have to be choosen wisely. (Türkiye is one recent example: The problem is not that Imanoglu has been arrested. Nor was the problem about Gezi park back then. But it’s a cause that unites the people)

This needs to be done fast and much more coordinated and "reaching all areas of society " than it is currently visible. To give you an example: European Anti-Fascist protests are often formed by a coalition of trade unions, political parties (and we are talking not about “leftist” parties but parties than are rather “mid left”,e.g. Greens, social democrats, etc.), churches, sport clubs and similar social circles. Why do they bother? Because they all know if Fascism ever comes back it will get them all one after another. Just like it is now.

And yes, 50501 is a good start,but support is lacking - because of the “most important topic” issues.

This goes both ways: If on one side you need to talk about unification of people - but you do also need to shed the political groups that are not helping but actually hurting the main cause. To give you an example (and this is not taking a stance in the Palestina issue, it’s just a good example that came up today during an interview): If your protest is associated with a group that uses the Hamas triangle and sees the Palestina topic as the one and only topic worth protesting for, they are hurting the main issue, their own issue (with an USA in full flight Fascism that protects Bibi doing whatever he likes Gaza will be “a summertime stroll” compared to what will follow) and alienate regular Joe and Jane as well as give the opposing side verbal ammunition to fight the whole movement. (Why I did choose this example: During the protest I looked up a foreign journalist did interview a spoksperson of some group - who was very well trained and did, despite her young age and obvious nervousness, an outstanding job- and some idiots wearing the triangle similar to the yellow jewish star worn during the Holocaust, screamed in the camera and tried to sideline the interview because anyone not willing to listen to their (very much genocidal) monologues would just tolerate children being killed.

Now, imagine Jane Average,40, who is afraid that her brother in law,who is an legal immigrant, gets deported, has more and nore problems putting food on the table due to rising costs, is afraid that her husband is loosing his job over the tarrifs and how the world will be for her daughters sees this. For years Jane Average has been voting democrats,yes. But she didn’t go out of her way to do so. She is now considering going to a protest - the first one in her life.

But what are they actually protesting for? And aren’t they all idiots like the one she saw on TV? And,unknown to her, her friend Juliet Somebody is also considering. If she would hear from Jane that she is going,she would go as well…etc.

TLDR: Unify your message, shed idiots, get the whole society behind one cause.
