  • I don’t see any mention of a warrant.

Not that I’m surprised by that, but to say this is an “escalation” is an understatement.

This is a declaration of absolute power.

Edit: she was released on bond. Meaning a magistrate validated a warrant. Who signed the warrant?

Editl 2: Magistrate Dries did, yesterday. FBI Agent Lindsay Schloemer filed the complaint. Interestinginly Dugar wasn’t the only judge who told the ICE officers to fuck off (in legal terms). She just told them then defendant and his attorney they could leave because ICE didn’t have the correct warrant.

  • Maybe you misunderstood the problem.

This wasn’t legislation, this was an implemented order. This isn’t the first time it’s happened in the administration either.

It restored something taken away. It undermined the sweeping power of the executive. These are narcissists we’re dealing with, so this isn’t the last we’ve heard about it.

That’s why I keep telling people the courts will use their enforcement mechanism when necessary, or they are complicit in the problem. From what I can tell, enforcement wasn’t necessary here, the DoD just didn’t want to fuck with the court.

  • Ok so I have an 85mm micro whoop. Or had i probably should toss the batteries. Those batteries last 3 minutes tops, so you’d be limited to maybe a round trip of 3km, 5km if you let it die where you send it.

That’s not carrying anything, that’s just remote surveillance. I get how that can be insanely useful on the battlefield, but if you attach a 20km fiber optic cable (without adding in friction of the cable and air resistance) on an 85mm it’s going a fat lot of nowhere. It’s about 125g per meter of fiber optic.

Unless the drones you’re talking are tiny ultralight plane things with some incredible battery, I don’t see any tiny drone with that kind of range.

Unless! Unless, and I don’t find it very likely, but there’s some other power delivery going on I don’t know about.

  • The risk just increases with multiple partners, regardless of “exclusivity.”

And no, the second does not get solved by time management and communication - you literally have less time to spend with each wife.

Out of one year, if you have 100 hours to spend, a truly equal amount of time is 50/50. The man gets 100 hours of intimacy, but each wife is starved of those 50 hours. If you increase the amount of time you can spend to 200 hours, then an equal split is now 100/100 and each wife is starved of 100 hours of intimacy. There is no way to prevent this with multiple partners.
