I too was wondering what’s going on there. My bet is it’s his sock with a hole. Wouldn’t take him for a man who wears red socks. Maybe it’s his pantyhose.
He will act as if it was his. EU should prepare accordingly. The ONLY sensible reason to have that agreement signed is to buy time. Any other thinking is delusional. I very much hope the EU political and military elites are conscious of this.
