An apropos of that. I’m Chinese/Viet half-and-half and was born in the UK. I have friends in the UK that are half-Chinese and half-British (white/caucasian). I had no idea that there were so many “half-Chinese” specific groups online.
Also, I can’t remember but there was some business about having a Chinese dad was better than a Chinese mom (I could have them switched). However, it’s mainly boys/men with this problem and they’re having issues dating or with school and everything and blame it all on their Chinese parent. My friend tries to chime in to talk some sense into them but the self-victimization is really strong and he gets pushed out.

I didn’t really follow the tattoo business. I did see some pushback from the right claiming that the picture was just “annotating” his hand and that it wasn’t actually faking a tattoo. Then saying, “this is why you can’t trust the left”. Anyone know about that?
I mean regardless, it doesn’t mean they’re in a gang, annotated photo or not. That isn’t due process.

I felt this was a bit of failed messaging on the Democrats. I think they did point out some of the struggles but when talking about the economy and immediately pointing to stock market highs when the cost of living has sharply risen very recently doesn’t connect.
Trump’s magic is that he has verbal diarrhea and it’s kinda like an empty slate where you take whatever you want from his speeches.

Let me clear. Last MCU movie I watched was like Shang Chi and I lost interest after Loki and Wandavision (great shows). So like, I’m not a fan anymore and I ain’t watching any of their movies any time soon.
I’m conflicted on this. Back in the day, I would normally say: building your own computer was the bar (which includes the OS to me).
