  • If i could take a moment to cite the opening to the lords prayer:

Our Father who art in heaven,

    hallowed be thy name.

    Thy kingdom come.

    Thy will be done

on earth as it is in heaven.

The ability to make one being a christian not by default be a socialist as well is a continuous theological labor for the capitalist

This is very clearly a post for the united states where the history makes the game. What other ethnic groups in the good ol’ US of A have been historically complicit with the police and systemic oppression?

By no means does being autistic make one automatically tolerant or decent. Autistic people can vote, can endorse the violent oppression of those found disagreeable, can persuade others to their view, and be all manners of discriminatory.

I believe being on the spectrum may make it easier to open constructive dialog, but not always.

Being on the spectrum myself coming from a conservative upbringing, i am in no illusion of what kind of person i could have been. It has been countless peoples conflicting perspectives and patience that has lead me to (what i hope to) be fair and tolerant to other perspectives and backgrounds

  • I was surprised to learn that Constantine is seen by many thought leaders in the protestant christian communities as a corruptor. Opinions of Constantine makes a fascinating litmus to start separating those who see religion as a source of power from those who see it as a calling to better the world. Not that most lay christians have a clue who he is, or his role in standardizing christianity to the Roman system of government, let alone the structural implications of the move
