Garden is going alright. I harvested some fresh lettuce for my sandwich and had a little radish snack. I should harvest some fresh herbs for dinner too. Some spring onions and cilantro will be nice accents
YES! My dog in law looks like the ceramic ones too. Through a series of events, dog in law came to live with us. He’s a good friend. That dog figurine reminds me he comes from a long line of good friends.

I mostly don’t like gifts. But one year my kid decorated a really simple book bag. I do use that regularly. If i ever washed it, the design would come off. But it does get used. I think a pre school teacher had them assemble a tiny clay pot, clay in pot, popsicle stick in clay. Stick is flower stem. Has a paper flower shape glued together the top. In the middle of the flower is a tiny picture of my kid.
I like that these are simple, and fast activities. I remember making stuff in school as parent gifts that took one million years of effort.

I have scoured the web and feel there is no swimwear for me available. I want full coverage and quick drying. I don’t want a poofy skirt or a billowy top. I do like bright colors. Ive taken to wearing full length yoga leggings, a swim tank, and a upf hoodie. Best I can do at this point.
I will be making a schedule. If something doesn’t get done, that’s fine. My goal is to keep a rhythm and keep things moving. I’m not a big planner or schedule follower, so this is a departure for me. If something doesn’t get done in the allotted tome, we’ll move on. And potentially adjust the schedule to what is irl
To start, I want to make the morning routine match what we’re already doing. Then I think i want each day to include some play time, some chore time, and something educational. I want something that will work without a ton of planning tome weekly. So I’ll propose make a list of potential activities that i can refer back to.


I fall asleep easy enough. Maybe half an hour to an hour max to fall asleep. Restful sleep is another matter unfortunately


I’ve been craving a soda. I think I’m gonna take this as a sign to have one. Recently I’ve been making simple syrup and adding it to club soda. Today’s soda will be mint flavored

I had Spotify for years and years. Their recommendations got worse over time and i found myself listening to them less. And the. Almost not at all. So I cancelled. I’ve tried tidal and Deezer. Bandcamp has been ok for finding music sometimes. I’ve been checking cds out of the library more. Lots of damage to those that interferes. CD sound quality should be better than mp3. I’m considering making a physical media purchase every month or two and reducing streaming.
