Watched the first hour last night. Really interesting information and the interview style, for the first couple at least, was rather informal. I’m familiar enough with shipping and logistics but it was refreshing to see high-up people in these companies be so candid.
How is this still being made? I don’t understand how people still watch this drivel after the ending of season 1.

As someone that argued this the other day, volume and production costs are waaaaaay different than then. This is a false equivalence.
Games don’t last forever. It’s healthy for developers to create new games and experiment with new features, unshackled by the expectations of their existing game.

Unfortunately the NBA has a Hall of Very Good. I wish they were pickier like the MLB. Per the NBA HoF standards, both deserved it.
The cartridges themselves make up for the price difference. Don’t equate the physical cost of n64 cartridges versus the completely trivial cost of distributing software now.
Except Nintendo first party titles never get close to that price.
The writing and directing was the problem. Should have never hired that fraud to make anything with a budget.

With as much puffery as this game was putting out prerelease, I kinda expecting it to be mediocre at best. Dunno if my prediction has been proven true yet but not a great beginning with this review.

No, they have Skyrim money for that. Imagine making money off of a game for over a decade, while barely putting money towards rereleases/ports. Didn’t even need a team for patches or content updates.
