Ive been lucky to have discovered Stoicism early in life and that what has been driving me for decades now!

To put it shortly Stoicism focuses on self growth with things like identifying natural human virtues (need for knowledge, justice, temperance, courage) and focusing life around improving those. This is expressed through a princicle called dichotomy of control which says that there are things that are out of our control like death that we shouldn’t focus on and things that are like natural virtues that are something we can do to improve upon.

It also deconstructed and included all of the cool contemporary ideas like mindfulness and being cosmopolitan two millenia ago so its a really great suite of natural philosophies that survived the test of time.

Stoicism is also low key Idealist as in your natural perception of your own virtues and state is the only real thing that matters which is what makes this ideology so much more freeing. You don’t judge yourself against some mystical ideal but to your own perception of purpose and growth.

It’s an easy, frictionless and a highly rewarding way to live :)

It really shows how good traditional vehicle manufacturers actually are and the whole worth of Tesla is basically a meme stock. Toyota, Mazda etc are still making cars that run almost new 10 years later.

Ship of Fools is -60% on steam right now and I can’t recommend this game enough. It’s a rogue lite where you both need to protect a ship from monsters maning the cannons and it’s an absolute blast! It has good progression and it’s intense but not in annoying sort of way.

not sure I follow? Your new account gets banned? You need to create it on a new ip and clear browser data. The easiest way to do that:

1. Clear your browser data for the page entirely (best to make a new browser profile).
2. Use celular hotspot for mobile network IP. These are highest value IPs as they are residential and shared between a pool of people. Very difficult to fingerprint.
3. Create account with an email and details you have not used before.
4. Use that setup for a while then switch to a VPN.

This is a very effective anti-fingerprint strategy that will get you over 99% of fingerprint systems and allow you to make as many accounts whenever you want.

Tbh I’m 80% conviced that Reddit is infiltrated by Israel astroturf and I say that as someone who used to support Israel.
