Question out of curiosity, do you then keep stuff on the seedbox only or do you download to your local hard drive in your country? Because that download would still be illegal or wouldn’t it? Just if we are talking about legality of things, everything else set aside.

On nextcloud you’ll get opinions that it either works perfectly fine or is the slowest thing ever. My experience is the second one and I had it on an RPI4 as well. Well, it wasn’t terribly slow but not fast either. And for photos it wasn’t useful at all, there is some app, I think called memories? Came out some time ago, that one worked better, but not great either.
Don’t recall details anymore though because that’s when I installed Immich. I was worried the machine learning is too much for the pi, so I switched it off, but never tested if its necessary. Other than that it works great.
People will criticise there are tons of upgrades, but then you don’t need to update all the time. Just watch the changelog before updating.

If 80% of the funding of all major browsers comes from the same source, I am honestly not sure this is a bad thing long term. And so much money for “just” browser development?
I am probably a bit naïve on real world costs but Mozilla spending 450 million on Firefox development sounds excessive. They may use the money for supporting other work they do, but then it wouldn’t be 80% of their browser budget gone, but less.
But then leeching via torrents is also legal. So one could just be an asshole for legality’s sake.
