I’ve only heard it used with negative connotations or least with a little stink on it, example: “Cis white men…”. It’s generally never been ok to point out someone’s sex, gender or race when describing or especially complaining about them.

I actually agree. I’ve always conspired that he hates Twitter and wanted to destroy it from the inside. I think he’s a mega troll and just likes to watch people’s reactions. Let’s just hope he doesn’t go complete psychopath and push a Tesla software update that randomly crashes cars.
