In my experiences, it depends on where the file is being served from.
I noticed catbox is blocked in some regions, so I switch my VPN location.
Sometimes it’s because the original file went down. Happens a lot with Redgifs links. It’s why I always post alts in the comments.

The timeline matches up with when Myrtle started cosplaying, so it’s possible.
But I couldn’t find anything when searching for Myrtle Sarrosa and Rikku or Final Fantasy, and their noses have a different shape.
Still a good find.
Tineye puts the earliest version of this at 2008, but I couldn’t find the name of the cosplayer.
There is no girl drinking or even pretending to drink coffee in this picture. 7/10
