  • Hey man, you’re going to believe whatever you want to avoid admitting you’re getting played.

    Nobody expects more from you.

    mighty quest against homeownership?

Lol. If you sell your $1 million house and buy a $300k house you still have $700k leftover to live off of. You can buy 2 more $300k houses, rent them out, and now you have $100k to live off of with thousands of dollars of passive income every month.

Arguing that $1 million net worth “is not enough” is fucking stupid.

I ask again, what is your net worth? If it’s less than $1 million, which we all know it is, then why do you think people who have more than you should get even more before you? It’s a very useful-idiot mentality to have, but since it’s impossible for that to apply to you, what else could it be?

  • If you’re not making posts that the community members want to see, then they are justified in downvoting you so that they do their part to influence the culture of the community.

The fact that you’re only targeting downvoters and not upvoters leads me to believe you want to surround yourself with yes-men instead of authentic humans.

If you think 5 people downvoting you is what’s stopping your posts from gaining visibility, then you are simply incorrect. Lemmy is still very small and most communities that aren’t tech or politics aren’t “visible” because they lack activity.
