  • It definitely works. The background company just sends over a verified or not verified list. HR never then cross verifies the dates, only looks to see if it says verified.

    The problem in this case is that the background company HR chose automatically got my fake dates, because it integrates into their HR system.

    And now I can maybe just deny everything, but like, no way I can say 'oh, actually, yeah, sorry, I only worked at X for 1 year not 4 years like I stated numerous times."

    It worked for Cisive and one other place I forgot the name of. This time its Universal Background, the fuckers.
