This is more about having the ability to launch any payload at all from Europe. Especially so we don’t have to be 100% reliant on launch sites controlled by the US or the one on other side of the Atlantic in French Guyana. If anything, the more the merrier, continental Europe should have the capability to launch from both the north and the south.

Are you confusing the name of subsidiary? Thinking it’s name is something like Norges - Bank Investment Management?
It’s actually Norges Bank - Investment Management, which would translate to Bank of Norway - Investment Management. Because, you know, it manages investments.
As a Norwegian I can safely say no one in Norway calls our central bank Norges, it is only called Norges Bank. Calling it Norges in Norwegian would be like calling it Norway’s in English. Norway’s what? Call it Norges Bank, Bank of Norway, Norwegian central bank. Just not Norges, because that name does not make sense.
While they do meet the requirements they are objectively worse than dedicated winter tyres in the winter and vice versa for summer. As a Norwegian I’d never trust all season tyres in the winter, at least not here in Norway. Non-studded winter tyres work good enough in the cities, but studded tyres are the best regardless of where you drive in the winter.
