I am not a lawyer but as I understand the issue the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that money = speech, and since there is no point at which an authority can say “You’ve spoken long enough”, there is no point at which an authority can say “You’ve spent enough.” In public city council meetings people do get arrested if they speak considerably longer than the allowed time limit.

Also, it’s really hard to tell if a person is over 18 from one picture. He might have to shut that machine off if the law says he can’t render people who aren’t adults naked, even though there are plenty of people who are adults and don’t want to be made naked by a machine.

I just searched “polymarket” in the U. S. and it came up with the correct site and a sign up button. I know I heard something about it on NPR a few weeks ago, so I’m pretty sure it’s legal in the U. S.

It’s not hard for every idea to just work, when the idea is a variation of “Do something, anything, that benefits the population somewhat more than it benefits only billionaires.”
