I’m rockin a 48-17 (I think? Maybe it’s 18). There was only one serious climb. It was optional, but since I was already there—I went for it. Definitely tough. Descending is way scarier. Happy to have my one and only brake for that.

I think of it more like vinyl. It doesn’t actually sound better, but it’s fun.
Bike moves in concert with you— legs go forward, bike goes forward. Legs go back, bike goes back. Simplifies everything, it feels more like an extension of yourself.
Yo! Fellow $200 fixie enjoyer?! Where’s the fixed gear lemmy community?
Damn. I have been spending so much effort trying to convince myself NOT to buy a new bike. Then this guy comes along.
Nice! More options for blocking ads is always welcome.
I haven’t tried any other add ons other than ublock, but I can confirm that it works on my iPhone 15 with recent iOS.
Just try looking at the same recipe page in safari and then again in Orion. Night and day.
I literally tried sh.itjust.works first! But I kept forgetting where the periods were supposed to go. I guess I’m a dumb redditor after all.
Exact reason I chose lemm.ee, it’s the easiest one to remember.
Awesome. Thank you for the source. I knew of the technology a long while ago, but I had no idea that France and Germany both enforce its usage.
The best option is still to stop eating animal products, but this is still a win for overall animal welfare.
So what happens to them? Just a slightly more humane death before they reach a week old?
Im actually surprised it’s as high as it is.
Might as well use a fucking crayon.
What does that make me (0.38 user)?!?
Also, I think you mean 1.0, 0.7 and 0.5
Yeah… not exactly beautiful data presentation here if you have to assume something so basic about a visualization.
This is 10 months later, but just fyi: I ordered this directly from Böker, and it was $35 plus $5 shipping.
I’ll let you know if it actually arrives.
Yeah, ahead and in front are synonymous. I think your issue is that “car” and “cart” are not the same. “Car” (without the T) is an automobile. It will not have horses pulling it.
Might have just been a typo by you missing the “T”. I just found it humorous.
I believe the saying is “cart in front of the horse” because the horses are traditionally pulling the cart.
I’m just being pedantic because the idea of making the horses go in front of a car is hilarious to me.
Agreed on your point about not getting too excited about new pebbles though.
Dang! How much wattage are you pushing into that tent?
Do you have an outdoor area you wake them up into? Or just LED in your garage?
Great collection you got there.
This is surprising to me. The “follow your heart” blue cheese fits the bill perfectly for me.
I would kill for a mozz that got anywhere close to actual cheese.
