  • Never refuted that I made a mistake. I can say I did, I did. Doesn’t bother me none, that was never the issue. It was you acting purposefully ignorant as a way to talk down to me. Take a step back, you proud about how you’re handling yourself? You’re not going to convince anyone of anything. If anything, people will have a bad taste on anything you say.

Instead of staying in topic you decided to spril into hammering semantics. The only take away I can have is you’re either a troll or this is all a deflection from the question. Either way, I don’t care. You’re a waste of time. I’ll block you because I know you can’t help butb reply. You’re welcome lol.

  • Your face is not public data, you are just wrong. Stop.

    Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA)

    Citation: 740 ILCS 14

    Key Points:

Prohibits private entities from collecting, storing, or using biometric identifiers (including face scans) without informed written consent.

Includes the right to sue for violations (statutory damages of $1,000–$5,000 per incident).

    Relevant Cases:

Facebook settled a $650 million class-action lawsuit in 2020 for violating BIPA via its facial recognition feature.

Your face is not public data, there are literal court cases showing this. A simple Google search would show you this. Sit down and stop spreading misinformation.

  • Lol I love this, I love to watch people flail like this.

“Birth rates are going down! Do your research!”

“Well I did, and they aren’t. Here’s the facts.”

    “Nu-uh!”

Dude, take the L and sit down. You said to do the research, and I did. You’re wrong. Let’s just keep moving the goalpost every time you’re wrong so that you feel justified in your stance. Sure, bud. Well, sure, I can do that too: if you look at the past 3,000 years, the birthrate is actually trending up like crazy. Let’s not look at other factors like infant mortality, life expectancy, or anything, that would be silly. Lol, you are so absurd. It sounds like you need to do some more research, but I know that’s too much to ask from you.

  • Oh, so nuance and context isn’t a thing?

I mean if we want to argue in bad faith, I got a pretty light day.

But let me do your research for you.

In 2024, the U.S. saw a 1% increase in births, totaling approximately 3.6 million.

South Korea, known for having one of the world’s lowest fertility rates, experienced its first increase in births in nearly a decade in 2024. The number of births rose by 8,300 compared to the previous year, with the fertility rate increasing from 0.72 to 0.75.

Oh no, facts, your only weakness.

Lol comparing literal pavlovian training with getting a birthday present. You are either arguing very dishonestly or you just don’t understand the concept of manipulation at all lol.

Also ignoring the fact that in your example of cupcakes they actually talked about noticing how you felt and the reason why they gave you the cupcake. You get that right? You get how a dog can’t do those things right? Dogs can’t talk.

I get you’re trying your hardest, and I’m sure you are. Some people just can’t grasp basic logic, it’s a real problem these days. I tried to explain it multiple different way, but you can’t make someone understand something, sometimes you just gotta give up and move on.
