I get that’s what Democrats claim to do. But that’s just capitalist propaganda. The ACA is a great example, instead of actually making healthcare a human right it just further entrenched the power of insurance companies.
Its especially funny that you’re defending Democrats in the comments of a news story where they’re taking the morally reprehensible position of betraying trans people.
Look at how many times Democrats have fucked over people like Bernie Sanders. They’re not actually interested in making anyone’s life better. Democrats love the orphan crushing machine that is capitalism just as much as Republicans do. They just pretend to be nicer about it.
