Milk that has gone bad will curdle in hot water.
If there are people who care about you, it’s not only selfish but also cruel. All you’re doing is passing on your pain to them.
I’ve been an avid news reader my whole life, and recently experimented with completely avoiding political and mainstream news for the past six months (I still read tech, science and entertainment news)…
At least for me, life has been at 99% less stressful. Anything truly important, someone I know will always tell me. I can’t see myself going back.
When one side plays by the rules and the other side doesn’t, then the side playing by the rules will always lose. That’s a lesson the Democrats are just learning.
What’s important to note is who is willing to break the rules first. That’s your bad guy.
People would start cutting down trees and plants so they could have more. Then that would cause inflation which in turn would cause people to cut more trees and plants. Carbon dioxide would soar, and then we all die.

To me, the ethical thing to do would be to allow people to make their own choices about their own bodies and their own lives, unless the don’t possess the mental ability to do so. Anything else would be unethical.
It seems to be directly from OpenAI. You can find the link when you click on your account dropdown menu on chatgpt.com.
A combination of this and avoiding political news and discussion altogether (as much as I can anyway).
What’s the point of reading, discussing and/or arguing when in the end the only thing that matters is your vote (and money/time if you’re able and so inclined).
The news tries to rile you up, and all I really need to know is who won once the election happens, until then I’m avoiding it.

I’m not against having multiple options and don’t expect Gnome OS to be identical to Silverblue.
I was just pointing out that a distro with the listed goals of GNOME, Flatpak, Robust, Immutable, Secure, Modern, Flexible and Opinionated already exist in Silverblue.
A really old book, how to win friends and influence people, can teach you this.
This sounds like Fedora Silverblue, which already exists.
I found the book “Feeling Good” by Dr. David Burns to be extremely helpful. It teaches you the most common method therapists use (cognitive behavior therapy). Like therapy, you need to continually practice it for it to be useful.
Practicing mindfulness can also be very beneficial.
If it’s available in your area, Ketamine therapy (not recreational ketamine) has been shown to act as a rapid antidepressant. In the US, there are at home ketamine providers that you can consult online. There’s a popular low-dose provider that includes provider visits and medication for $129/month, if you qualify.
What went wrong was greed. They should have sold to Microsoft when it was offering them a ridiculous amount of money for a business that was already on the decline.
A few years later they sold themselves for about $5 Billion, which was only around 10%-11% of Microsofts final offer.
When I initially got the keyboard and it was having the stuttering issues, I gave the bluetooth option a try. It ended up giving me serious input delays, so I switched back to the bolt which was at least usable.
Since I had just gotten a newly released 7950X, I figured it might be a BIOS issue, but subsequent BIOS updates never solved it.
