Want to go halfsies with me on a steel workshop building? I’ve been quoted about 80k total with the concrete foundation. I’ve got the land and 40k saved. Gonna do woodworking and EV conversions and eventually open a school for “technical enrichment” combining tech/hacking/vertical farming and EV/solar stuff. I live in an area that’s kinda podunk and most of the local kids just go work at Dairy Queen or something.

I’ve played almost every fallout and wasteland game. I only played F4 once, completely vanilla. It was pretty fun, but haven’t revisited it. What mods do you suggest I try if I’m giving it another go?

Also, have you (or anyone reading this) tried it in VR? I’m curious about that but reviews have been super spotty. Skyrim VR is pretty great, so the potential is there.
