When I was younger I was taught about purposeful speech. Essentially, will what I’m saying make the world better? Who the fuck thought this was appropriate to send out? It’s made my day objectively worse. I’m assuming many others as well.
The question really is side by side or front to front. Are you holding hands when you haven’t had enough fibre? Or are you looking into each others eyes while you pass that log?
An odd couple comedy of Bin Laden living in New York post 911 with his ultra lib CIA handler.
Shanks needs to show up for some spiderman memes. It could go extra hard if Bon Clay shows up as well.
There’s got to be something more to this arc because it’s moving pretty quick.
Not yet. stay tuned
Thirding. I identify as an anarchist. I recently read Black shirts and Red. It had a lot of criticisms of Soviet Russia that were based in history. The criticisms were done in a way that it was easy to see the faults, but you can also see ways to avoid. It was a great work that’s valuable to all leftists
Quinn ends up supporting the idea of worker cooperatives. He doesn’t call it that, but that’s what he advocates. Calling it anprim is reductionist.
1 family lives by a lake with good fishing and has an estuary behind their house. They can literally fish from their back yard. They also work in ag, so that’s how they know people with land. I also work a lot of hours, and just want to sleep after work. I am lucky to get out for a hike or a paddle let alone foraging for food.
Explaining how some people do it cost effectively doesn’t mean that I’m condoning it. I didn’t start explaining that with the intent of bothering people. When you’re making arguments with people it’s good to have facts on your side. Fishing and hunting can be inexpensive.
Explaining that hunting can be cost effective doesn’t negate the cruelty of it.
Actually very prole. It has to do with the area that they live in. Their work also facilitates access to the private land that they use to hunt. It’s absolutely not reasonable to expect that of everyone. If everyone in the rural areas that these 2 live in did this, the entire ecosystem would collapse.
hunting can be incredibly cost effective. at least in Canada. You pay for your license, and shot. I know a number of hunters whose first gun was a gift, so there’s a good chance, you don’t HAVE to buy a gun if you’ve got the right community. The hunters I know go to private areas where they’ve developed relationships with the owners. They’ll go for water fowl, deer, and rabbits at these usually farmers fields.
I actually know of 1-2 families. They’re related though. They both have 1 person that’s a very avid hunter/fisher. They literally don’t buy any meat and give some away regularly. 1 of the families also has a large, but surprisingly small garden that supplies the vast majority of their vegetable intake. 1 year they even managed to go the entire year without buying any food that wasn’t cheese, bread, or condiments. (I believe they traded meat for things like eggs and honey) I understand that hunting/fishing isn’t cruelty free, but I’d rather eat an animal that wasn’t tortured its entire life. (I say this while enjoying fake steak)
They could be a green energy exporter. There’s no reason to stop at 100%
Hear me out: if you block it on the rope, you’re going to get tied up. The end is also flying fast enough to fuck someone up. It’s also long range while fitting in a pocket.
Counterpoint: High skill (more than nunchuk). What if the opponent also is skilled with the hammer? Couldn’t they send it back directly at you in an unpredictable way?
Australia not being number 1 should be a national shame
I read the comic a while ago. Right after the last issue of the walking dead, I looked into Kirkmans catalogue, and thoroughly enjoyed invincible. The story journey is a lot of fun. He plays with a lot of comic tropes. The worst part is that he doesn’t quite nail the ending. I won’t get into spoilers, but everything is set up for a much better ending, but he goes with a common trope. So it’s doubly disappointing.
