I’m not sure this will matter a whole lot with his dismantling of food safety testing. I mean hasn’t he basically preemptively defeated this by ensuring it’s virtually impossible to enforce?

I really liked it. I accidentally got spoiled on a departure from the books, but I end up enjoying it despite that. The scenes with Nynaeve and Mat were great, I thought this might be where they caught up on Mat’s arc, and it was gratifying to see that here.

Baggy clothes will mostly handle any pain, just be very good with goggles and follow rules for minimum ranges where applicable. The further away you are the less it will sting until you hit a range where you have to listen for them hitting your clothes instead of feeling them

Wheel of Time for me. The third season is great but they made a somewhat controversial change in the last episode and haven’t been renewed yet. No one I recommended it to has even taken a look, so I’m worried its going to end just after they hit their stride. There are so many cool scenes I want to see with this cast

I had a whole essay typed out and accidentally backed out, so I’ll just say that I love a lot of the changes the show has made but the author is doing a real disservice to the books. Early in the books Nynaeve is comedic at various points with her anger, but her arc is incredible and I hear and read people saying its almost impossible to finish the series without loving Nynaeve. She starts the books using anger to mask her insecurity, and finishes with the confidence that lets her condemn the tower as an institution moments after they raise her to the shawl. She is an iconoclast, a bleeding heart, and she has a CV to make Cadsuane humble.

With the big spoiler aside I really enjoyed this one as well. Perrin’s return Arc pretty boiled down to bare essentials, but it works. I really like Perrin and Faile onscreen, feels like they have good chemistry.

More or less everything but the one bit spoiler I liked. I’ve seen some people say that Maksim is getting focus because the actor is involved with the showrunner, but he’s a fine character and I don’t particularly mind his importance. If they merge Alanna and Myrelle he will keep coming up to some degree so its good to establish his character.
