Mutt/Neomutt with notmuch?
That’s the downside (or upside, depending on how you look at things) of choosing a kitchen-sink distro. You get served everything and you don’t have to care or know about anything.
However. Since you seem to be more of a power-user than a casual user, perhaps you didn’t made the best choice for yourself. Perhaps building your own setup based on a bare-bones Fedora installation would have been a better fit for you? :)
I believe that some label the coffee as “espresso” to make it easier for regular people to know if it’s a good fit for espresso or not. It doesn’t have to mean that the coffee is of low quality.
PS. If you burn your coffee beans when you’re roasting them, you’re obviously doing something wrong. ;)
The issue here is this: the roasting method doesn’t really impact the volume of caffeine that gets preserved, especially not when making espresso.
However. Espresso contains more caffeine than pour over coffee. So. This is either a) shitty marketing or b) they have added caffeine themselves. :)
Also. Caffeine is always the same molecule. Your body can’t tell the differene. And it always breaks down at the same speed. However. Depending on how you consume it (coffee vs energy drink) you might have a different experience and it might feel different, but the effect of caffeine is always the same.
My definition matches the definition given in the Collins Dictionary.
I looked it up and found this:
pre-installed computer software with an excessive number of unnecessary features and, often, unnecessarily high memory and disc space requirements
https://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/bloatware
Is there another dictionary named Collins that you read?
I did not choose to install Akonadi. It was preinstalled in Fedora KDE.
It looks like you choose a Linux based operating system that seems to includes a fairly complete stack of the KDE suit.
(I don’t know much about Fedora)
I chose KDE for its extensive customization.
I bet that Fedora have a minimal version without a graphical stack, which would let you to only install the Plasma desktop environment and the parts of the KDE suit you find relevant for you.
And I’m sure that it’s possible to strip down a current setup with Fedora and the KDE suit as well.
Maybe I’m too old /j, but by choosing a DE I’m choosing just a DE.
That’s the issue here, you didn’t choose just a desktop environment (Plasma Desktop) you choose a, more or less, complete suit of software (KDE). :)
It’s using your data locally on your machine. If you don’t trust one of the biggest open source projects in the community, perhaps computers is not your thing. :D
And since I don’t even use most of the apps Akonadi is designed for, it is just wasting my CPU time and RAM space. That’s why I call it bloatware.
You can’t just make up your own meanings of already established words and terms. That’s simply not how the world works.
And if you don’t use it, why did you choose to install it in the first place?

The answer to that question is that they’re either lazy, ignorant or both. :D
In all seriousness. I can imagine that a lot of developers who work on commercial products are given about 20% of the time and resources needed to make a good product. I don’t blame them for doing what it takes to not get fired.
That’s why libre source software is so important!
It’s cheap, so I expect it to taste cheap as well. However. I don’t think you really care about quality to begin with if you even consider this kind of marketing.
I’m curious how this could contain more caffeine than regular coffee? Have they added caffeine themselves or what?

This must be the wisest thing I’ve read in a long time.

You don’t have to run less as long as you choose good software.
I’ve been using i3 for about a decade now. Wmfs for about 5 years before that.
PS. Don’t use racist lingo please.
I went with ZigBee only devices to avoid crap like this. Matter is, for some reason, very popular and I don’t understand why, it seems shady at best.
There’s a simple solution to this issue: Delete your Google account, or even better, don’t create a Google account to begin with!
They sell computers, perhaps they just want to be a unique.

It was a sponsorship and Proton’s PR team accepted him. It’s likely that they made a mistake, and that what’s matter. Their product is based on trust, you can’t afford to make mistakes like this. Or other mistakes like the previous incident.

You shouldn’t use a VPN provider that doesn’t let you use Wireguard. If they require you to use their own client, they’re either up to no good or just dumb and shouldn’t be in this business to begin with.

Proton has sponsored some French (?) rasist person recently. They have apologised for it and said it was a mistake. However. This is not the first stupid thing they’ve done.
PS. I’m no way a fanboy of anything. While I have been a Mullvad user for multiple years now, it seems like I have to reconsider that.
I don’t I have ever tried robusta. :) And you’re aboslutely right, I remember reading about robusta having more caffeine than Arabica beans.
