  • I played oblivion when it first came out but I put a lot more hours in to skyrim. I do think they could have improved the game a bit more. I’ve only been in the capital yet but it felt brutally empty, with all the npcs having the same path/walking speed and so few of them.

I think a bit of decorations and a few new npcs would have gone a long way. I wished they would have worked on the AI a bit more. Taverns don’t have bards and little ambiance, walking into one is disappointing and ends up with all the npcs in a clump moving at a snails pace because all their walking paths overlap at the same time when they spawn it. It was the same in the original but it’s also 2025.

The waterfront could have really used a bit more shacks. The arena posters just slapped onto walls bother me as well.

Thankfully, I imagine mods will fix all this so I’m optimistic overall.

I googled it and the three comics seem kind of terrible.

Not everyone finds MS Paint to be the most pleasing form to look at in any case. Really, it’s a bit much to see the constant witch hunt, you literally spam your 2 word reply just to start a fight. It’s just calculated negativity and gatekeeping.

I think you are making huge assumptions with the “not caring about the audience” segment.

His popular AI quote is from 2016 and is missing a lot of context. What he was commenting on isn’t anything like the current generative AI wave. That being said, he doesn’t seem to have publicly rectified it so it might still represent his views.

  • Netanyahu’s move last month to dismiss [Ronen Bar, chief of Shin Bet, Israel’s domestic intelligence service] was suspended by the court pending an investigation

Netanyahu’s bid to oust Bar came as Shin Bet was investigating financial ties between the prime minister’s office and Qatar, a key mediator in the Gaza war.

The Shin Bet head also said he had refused to sign off on a security request aimed at relieving Netanyahu from testifying at an ongoing corruption trial in which he faces charges of bribery, fraud and breach of public trust.

Shin Bet also happened to be carrying out an inquiry based on suspicion that the government had ignored warnings in advance of Hamas’s attack on southern Israel on October 7, 2023, when the armed Palestinian group killed more than 1,100 people and took about 250 captive.
