I’m not stealing at any of the self checkouts, the grocery store ones though around here always think something got placed in the bagging area that wasn’t scanned which isn’t the case. I guess Walmarts just dont care which I like.

Cub foods has the worst self checkouts around here, unless I’m only buying under 3 items I won’t use it. They also don’t bag your items though if you go to a cashier, all around just kindve a shitty shopping experience at Cub.

I find it fascinating around here that all the self checkouts do that except Walmart which is actually pretty good. I usually go to the cashiers at other places because the self checkouts suck, and the cashiers bag stuff better than me.

I hated everybody in this show except for one person and then they killed them off in I believe the ending of season 1.

I am not as tech savvy as most people on Lemmy and I use voyager without any issues. I thought it was quite easy to get up and running.

This specific transit spot along with one on lake street is known to get pretty chaotic. There was another attack on a trans individual a year ago I believe at one of the lake street stops.

It doesn’t really have anything with being bold to do this in Minneapolis, this is known to be a light rail stop/intersection to avoid if possible.

It took forever to get a corporate job but both corporate roles I’ve had provide decent PTO. Current job has 3 weeks PTO+ accrued sick time. The pay isnt good but at least I get time off.

Other people I know in more corporate roles have similar pto but without the accrued sick time. The only time I didn’t get PTO was when I was working minimum wage jobs.

That is awful. In MN you can get free HIV testing and free Prep, I can’t imagine paying hundreds of dollars for HIV testing.

Aldi wraps the vegetables in plastic wrap. It’s done so it’s quicker to scan at checkout.

The law doesn’t even state they have to be in the men’s bathrooms, only that they have to be available to the students. The people whining about the tampon thing, don’t even realize that most the schools in MN don’t have tampons in the men’s room.

Johnsonville certainly supports this, I’m not sure about the others. I boycotted Johnsonville for a long time because of their financial support for Walker in Wisconsin years ago.
