LLVM compiles C, C++, Rust, etc. into an intermediate language and then compiles that language into assembly for the target platform. I’m not sure if gcc uses an intermediate language or not. Either way, the compiler can compile any of its supported languages into any of its target platforms. For Rust, you will probably need to look into “no_std” for systems that don’t have a typical libc setup.

Yes. There are a number of short stories included in the leaks. Most of them are in the style of Japanese folklore. For example, there is a story where a female Rapidash becomes a human woman and marries a human hunter and teaches him to only hunt adult, male Rapidash. This one is more modern in tone.

Adding IPv6 would cost them money. Probably a relatively small amount of money, but still money. They get nothing from that investment. As long as they have IPv4 addresses to assign to their customers, there’s basically no demand for IPv6 addresses. NAT and UPnP work fine for just about everyone. I think the only way we see serious IPv6 adoption in North America and Europe is government mandates.
