  • If you’re just looking for reasons to dislike her then go circlejerk somewhere else

I’m not, but if we look back to the top of this comment chain, we see someone complaining that the comments won’t be about the comic but instead about how shitty a person the artist is for some reason.
We get a reply to that about how she has an OF, and then the comment you replied to:

I fail to understand why posting a pair of tits is such a controversial thing to do. Maybe I’m too European to lose my marbles over some nipples.

So one could be forgiven for assuming your response to that was part of the conversation about why it’s so controversial and the artist being a shitty person.

If you are in fact over here just “trying to talk about Internet security” then it sounds like you’ve taken a bizarre tangent from the topic at hand in order to circle jerk about your topic of choice.

  • not having 2FA set up as a public celebrity who is constantly being attacked is once again bad OPSEC.

Sure. But that sounds like her problem, not a reason for me to dislike her.

This sounds a lot like “there are duchbags attacking her because they are misogynists” which again, is not a good reason for other people to dislike her.

  • Yes, everyone should practice OPSEC, but a public “celebrity” who’s sole business is online doubly so.

She doesn’t practice OPSEC because she has an OF that exists? I am not nearly as aware of her OF as the people that don’t like her, so you’ll have to let me know if there’s something different she should be doing with it.

to determine whether friendly actions can be observed by enemy intelligence

I must be really out of the loop. What is her business that results in her having enemy intelligence? Is it being on OF that gets you enemy intelligence, or making comics?

  • would rather watch it die so it can be replaced with real jobs that people can live off of

A faster way to do that: minimum wage laws that require people are paid a wage they can live off of.

The’ve tried the whole “let’s not pass laws to increase minimum wage, people will just not take jobs that don’t pay enough” for decades. Jobs still exist that pay below poverty (minimum wage).

If we agree that what they are doing is garbage and shouldn’t be able to exist, why are they arguing against doing something that would prevent it from existing?

  • Why can’t we just have a discussion without insults

Let’s be honest, “I don’t eat fast food so they should be allowed to pay slave wages” isn’t really a compelling discussion with nuanced talking points.

Why is it on the shoulders of the desperate to not take any job they can get, and on the shoulders of the desperate to not get whatever food they can afford and have time for in between their 3 jobs?
You know what would also kill the business model of “under pay and over work staff for low quality results then just replace them”? Laws preventing such behavior.
