From my perspective, he’s still salty about her making fun of him back in the 90s on her daily TV talk show. He made it worse by not letting it go and taking out full page ads in the New York Times in response. She would then show the ads to the audience and read it on the air. Leaked information or straight from ground zero doesn’t really matter. How did Trump expect this sort of thing to stay quiet? No-one outside of the US would feel even slightly compelled to comply with his narrative.

There are two answers to your question.
Most password cracking operations target a database of user accounts in bulk. As long as the hacker is not targeting your friend specifically, they should be fine.
If your friend is the target, one or two successful hacks could make their other passwords vulnerable.

If you look at this from Turnip’s point of view, it’s about both profit and stalling or stopping any lawsuits related to these chemicals. A personal injury lawsuit is more difficult to prove if the use of those chemicals is not banned. It’s about selfishness and helping his wealthy friends who will now owe him a favor.

Remember, the article is talking about altering wood to be both transparent and biodegradable. That sounds like a window to me. That is a role that is currently filled with either glass or plastic. You would not choose a biodegradable material for exterior use and most windows are used on the outside of a structure.

I’m skeptical of this for two reasons.

1. The thing that makes plastic as a building material so useful is that it takes forever to degrade. Biodegradable building materials seems like it would be counterproductive and make the problem worse, not better.

2. So far, every time some new variety of biodegradable plastic comes along, it turns out to be a big fat lie.
