Maybe your char bumbles around the room doing goofy things instead of working hard and logically to crack the puzzle and the dm can make your bumbling uncover extra clues that advance the plot.

You can spend your 8 hours a day in a cubicle and I will spend it having fun and working along side people I genuinely like.
It is. The SSDs have two methods of managing this. The first is to simply skip the bad block. The second is to replace the badblock address with a good block from the SSDs reserve block storage. This is all done by the SMART controller in the SSD.
Thank you, this is a great resource.
is the HDR display working? I think I might not get it since it sounds like a lot of trouble. There are 2019 intel macbooks that might make a better linux laptop
I dont even know what Thunderbolt is so I probably wont miss it, however no gpu hardware acceleration must hurt quite a bit. Do you notice it to be sluggish?

Iran is already cooked and no one is wants to do a ground invasion of Iran. Iran’s allies have abandoned them. This is american security preparing for possible counter attacks and bombing targets, not a full on war. Iran is already at war with Isreal.
Oh then you’re cooked. Those are 100% scam drives.
There is some software you can get to check for bad blocks and then mark them do not write. This will allow you to salvage as much of the drive as possible. I recently got a dead 4tb drive fully restored and working. I hope you are as lucky!

Auth@lemmy.worldto Technology@lemmy.world•Study: Remote working benefits fathers while childless men miss sense of communityEnglish42·1 day agoI have friends and live with friends and I still feel lonely when working remotely. I like hybrid the most because sometimes i need to just go into work and talk about the things im working on with people who actually understand (not work related talks just for fun)
I dont think its for profit being the issue. Companies making a profit is fine. Its publicly traded companies giving bad incentives.

Every single time. We got to solve the funding issue some how, I dont want to live in a future run by ads.

This looks gross, but im also so confused at the amount of people saying walking barefoot is dangerous and gross. Walking barefoot is not to bad in my city its pretty clean and there is lots of grass.
I’d pay so much money to see JD get 1v1000 dogpiled by tankies on any topic. It might be one of the few times i’d be on their side.
