I am someone who does not get stressed although allergies and dust are the two which are probably causing it.

Sinus/nasal rinse gets the edge off during my bad headaches. I like spicy food and it a fair amount of it, but it is hard to get my nose dripping from it. I have been trying ways to make that easier. I have Flonase Furoate Nasal Spray it does very little for me personally.

I think it is somewhat linked to allergies because my nose is sniffy every day, but I wouldn’t be surprised if dust plays a part in it as well. I do need to vacuum and dust more, so I will see if that helps. Thank you.

My family and I avoid soaps and detergents with perfumes for that very reason.
