No, it’s Renault Nissan Mitsubishi
No, it’s Renault Nissan Mitsubishi
Renault has very little to zero presence in the US, so the tarrifs don’t affect them as much…

I’m in my thirties, and this is me also
This is amazing!
It felt like it belonged, gave the hero a proper sendoff.

Oh, man, that’s rough. How is such a thing even legal?
While I agree with you completely, the argument for a counter-point would be that exactly because the private company should create as much profit for the owners as possible - it has to be as lean / efficient as possible.
That is not true for “the goverment” as profit is not an encentive to rationalize the work process.
What I find interesting are goverment agencies that operate on both levels. A great example is Ordenance Survey in UK. While they provide a public service, they also sell some of their products commercially to cover some operating costs (hiking maps etc.).
Either you’re on social media, or you don’t exist 🤔
We’ve got some great contenders this year!
Who are you voting for (or would vote for) and why?
I wish I had more Jacub Janerka in my life :(
Aww, this brings back memories. :)
A few years back, myself and a friend of mine missed the trail that goes up to Kredarica, and walked the trail at the bottom of the picture, taking us to the Valentina Staniča mountain home with some steep climbs along the way. Getting back to Kredarica took something like three hours. We were exhausted, but the views, oh man, let me tell you…
So… you usually get 4-5 hours of sleep per night?
I’m surprised to learn it was a box-office flop. A real masterpiece of a film.
Nice, and congrats! Could you show an example of original image and ASCII output, as I’m afk atm.
Lemmy (pun intended) answer my own question here: Yes, it’s relative hight along the river’s centerline: https://opentopography.org/blog/new-package-automates-river-relative-elevation-model-rem-generation
Please tell me more about “Relative Elevation Model”. Are those elevations in the river’s surroundings relative to the river’s water surface height? Or something else?
I honestly think there are no winners here… this trade war hardly makes sense.
