If your primary goal is lowering high cholesterol, choose a soft, trans-fat-free plant sterol tub spread or swap to liquid oils like extra virgin olive oil. The best states have healthcare for all incomes, as best they can in the current broken system. They also have other healthy values like school meals for all, right to repair laws, and paid sick and family leave.
