I really hope not, it’s one of my favourite colours :oO
I’m not sure how much we brought, but majority if it’s still stored in our garage, don’t seem to be running out of it anytime soon XD
I read this in my head with Gene Wilders voice as Willy Wonka, gave me a chuckle XD
I’m so sorry you went through this, I hope that you are in a better place now, mental health is one of the worst things that can happen to us, you are one of our ‘family’ who is loved and needed too huuuuugs :o)
I’m pretty much in the same position, my poor dentist is doing what he can to help whats left of mine, but 45 years of neglect due to mental illness has taken it’s toll, I wish implants were cheap enough but not sure if could afford them :o(
My family have been really great at helping to encourage me to start overcoming many of my issues last few years, is slow progress through, they got me out of house today and took me shopping… lol…feel tired and worn out, but at least got out of house for once :o)
I hope that you are doing okay, your not alone, so many of us in same boat, you are a part of our ‘family’ and you are loved, wanted, needed and valued, thank you for being you huuuuugs :o)
Thanks for your reply, some very good advice which has given me some ideas, was thinking of combining this with either upgrades for his current computer or maybe a new system, hopefully I can get around his stubborn side, with is old phone I took it and replaced with a new one so he had no choice…lol…maybe is time to do something similar with his computer XD
His current computer is HP AIO, has Intel Pentium J3710 cpu, 4Gb of DDR3L-1600 ram and 1Tb eco/green Toshiba hdd, so became really sluggish with Windows, I got a bit more out of it recently but still slow, had to rip out Edge browser files/folders as it was pegging the hdd to 100%…gah…I hate Windows, he doesn’t use Edge or Outlook, always Firefox and Thunderbird, should make moving to Linux easier through :o)
Hi, I hope you don’t mind me asking how you achieved this, my father is 79 and has Parkinsons with hearing problems, he’s deaf in one ear and partially in other ear, so he has personality issues, really can be stubborn and difficult to deal with, been having trouble getting him away from Microsoft products like Windows or Office, any ideas or advice be really helpful and appreciated, ty :o)
No, a bit further down the road, but I used to work in Greenwich XD
It’s not just spectrum, but lack of infrastructure as well, my nearst 5G cell is to far away it barely registers, on good day lucky if it goes up to 1 or 2 for a moment, then back to 0.
All cells where I am in SE London are either to far or behind buildings/hills, so we could do with closer one’s for good 4G and to get 5G, Vodaphone here is useless, EE or O2 about okay but not great :o/
Infrastructure just poorly invested in London unless your in inner London for city folk, but us outer London folk are sod out of luck, broadband here is shit and pot porruri too :o(
This is a clamshell shark, it’s not a hammerhead, lots of people confuse clamshell, scallopshell and hammerhead sharks as the all have that T shape, but there’s physical differences and differences in there pattern of sensing electrical impulses :o)
Ty, yeah I have spoken to some neighbours who have Virgin now and they seem quite happy with it, so it looks a good choice to me, through I would see about modem mode with the VM hub as I prefer my own network equipment and hate using ISP ones, currently looking at pfsense or opnsense soon, so hope works well with VM hub :o/
I live in London and my speed is 64-69Mb, only two choices of BT/Openreach or Virgin Media where I live sadly. I have thought about switching to VM as they seem more stable where I live now, I do check other fibre options like Community Fibre, Hyperoptics and YouFibre regularly to see 8f in my area, sadly not yet :o(
Ty, mum informs me they have a tray in the boot of the car…lol…I didn’t ask why XD
Yeah, we still use them for different purposes, quite handy at times, can just wipe them over clean and put back in draw. I find them easy to carry food and so does my parents, both mum and I have autoimmune illnesses that affect us, dad has Parkinson’s so gets shakes and is often bit unsteady, so dinner trays help alot :o)
Meh…I was thinking more of some old norse/viking demonic like creature, but I will take a Dr. Seuss villain all the same XD
One drawer? We have house full of these, cupboards and a garage XD
By this same idiotic logic we all could do the same, put boots on Russian soil and claim it and the people are ours…lol…would be funny to turn around and give Putin a scare along these lines XD
