Is PCM culturally different on Lemmy than reddit? Because the reddit PCM was a cesspool and haven for neo-nazis and alt-right weirdos to make terrible strawmen arguments and roleplay as what they thought leftists were like
By this chart, I would be Jesus. I got nothing against Christmas other than the capitalism part and the coopting by Christianity. The spirit of Christmas is still nice at its core. Gift-giving doesn’t have to be capitalistic, either. I love when people make me things, and I love making things for others. It’s more meaningful, I think, than some off-the-rack consumer item.
