    They’re going with older designs for cost reasons. Per the article, you’re taking something that is already not cost effective and proposing to make it even more expensive.

      Cost should not be the most important factor considering how messed up climate is these days. Necesities such as health, education, energy, infrastructure are not profitable and should never be. These are things we need to live our lives at decent standards.
