The 57-year-old woman denied having any firearms before entering the MRI, according to an adverse event report filed to the FDA.

Lucky it wasn’t worse. You can’t have any metal on in a huge rotating magnet. Dumb is gonna dumb.

Oh no. A CT scanner is a giant rotating electromagnet. An MRI is a giant quantum electromagnetic tube. It’s so, so much worse. It is literally unpredictable as to what might happen with metal inside of it. She’s lucky she wasn’t literally torn to shreds.

A CT scanner is a rotating X-ray device. No rotating magnets here!

Ah thanks for the clarification! And you are right about torn to shreds. I recommend people go watch those videos that show what happens with metal in MRI machines.

We’re lucky she didn’t merge with the gun into a super soldier!

I thought the “M” was for “Magic”. Silly me.

They had it set to “M” for magnetic when they should’ve had it set to “W” for wumbo.

The M could have really been for Murder! (Well, probably more like Manslaughter, but close enough.)
