How does a company normally move in market cap in a given day? Well you can say it ranges based on a number of different factors. A particularly large percentage move in market cap is normally attributed to a news event that fundamentally changes the value of said company. Well, then we get to GME.
As of this post GME has moved 30%, over 1B in market cap, in less than 10 hours of trading on nothing. The largest daily volume recorded on GME in 6 months on no news.
I’m laughing today, that’s all I really feel, and its a good feeling. This stock has surprised me many times, and each time further contributes to the idea that this stock is not normal and is moving based on the equivalent of dark matter. A 30% move on nothing, doesn’t make sense.
I’m happy.
