Hey same here! 7 years! The best part is that I still feel motivated when basking in fluorescent lighting and the humming of equipment! I love it! I don’t feel weird or damaged by it at all! I feel great! Everyone should try it! I’m not crying! You’re crying! Haha… Haha… Haha…
I sleep better in November and December than any other months of the year. Which puts me in a really good mood.

there have been some comments or posts from folks that like it. I think I would not mind it if I did not have to anything in particular each day. Having to do stuff in the dark is annoying though.
