      Idk about it being the “game” that matters at all. They’d likely view the concept of a female doctor with similar contempt.

      If anything it’s that these dudes view the game as more than just a game - they consider it their safe space that’s being violated.

        Which is ironic because they’re often the same toxic people who ruin multiplayer games for non-toxic people.

          My former friend exactly. Played games as an escape and to “relax” yet was always yelling at the screen or other people in game. Also told me he didn’t waste his time with single player games
