It’s no where near ready.
The Mixer Toolbar was removed. Currently there is no way to adjust input or output volume levels in Tenacity.
They’ve had to refactor a ton of stuff and that currently means loss in functionality
Why?
They might be referring to the controversial Audacity telemetry controversy link to the section on their GitHub
