I’m gonna make 65 million 3.57 mm adaptors for USB C and flood the market
This is why I only buy phones that still have the headphone jack (even if they are an endangered species)
Just buy a usb c adapter when they become extinct… I’ve used mine way more then I expected
inb4 phones remove charging ports
Is it that difficult to get a phone with a headphone jack nowadays tho?
It depends. Ironically, cheaper phones are more likely to still have headphone jacks. Pretty much most entry level phones have headphone jacks, but they suck in literally every other way…
I bought my current phone for about 100 euros over a year ago, and it works just as well as my previous one which was much more expensive. Also has headphone jack.
Forgets to charge the headphones.
Hops on the bus. someone is playing obnoxious loud music. Puts on the headphones.
battery low
Welp I’ll be listening to shit music today then.
I’m a hater for anything wireless but if it was John de Lancie in my ear I might consider it.
My headphones start doing that at 30-40%, fucking infuriating lol
Same, 40% battery low every minute.
mine just start beeping so fcking loud, louder than the music and I can’t lower it
I usually only have one ear in at a time and they charge faster than they deplete
To be fair my momentum 4s have 60hour battery life.
That would only make me more likely to forget recharging it.
My sony 1000 xm4 get something like 18 hours and I’ve never ran into a problem… 60hours I’d need to charge every 6 months or so dang must be nice!!!
While I’m kinda pissed that my skullcandy cassette headphones are cracked on both ears and I had to cover them in superglue… the battery lasts a long time. I charge them once a month. But I also don’t use them unless I’m on the toilet lol… otherwise I just listen to music on my Bluetooth speaker or not at all.
And thats why I am never going to buy a phone without a 3.5mm jack.
This is why I still cling to my trusty Samsung S10. Still has a headphone jack for my IEMs and a heart rate monitor.
my old pair would do this every minute for a full quarter of the battery life. you could turn it off, but you had to turn a bunch of other stuff off as well. why is this even a feature on headphones? maybe say it once at the 25% mark or when first turned on around that range. making content unlistenable by repeating it every 60 seconds is not an idea anyone should ever have had.
