RAF is gone, RVR is gone, even fish canning industry that Latvia was famous for is now almost dead.

Latvia had manufacturing, but it was destroyed post-1991, because it relied on cooperation with other Soviet republics. RAF is gone, RVR is gone, even fish canning industry that Latvia was famous for is now almost dead.
